Purposes and lawful bases

We use data to answer booking requests, keep the site secure, and remember privacy choices. The lawful bases are pre-contractual request, legitimate interest in security, and consent for Google Maps.

External services

Google Maps loads only if you enable it. When enabled, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its own safeguards.

Retention and rights

Booking requests are kept only as long as needed to manage the request and meet legal obligations. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal by writing to info@borgoponte.it. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority.

Allow the embedded map to load. Google may receive your IP address and browser data.
