The welcome is offered in a wing of the main villa, overlooking a small courtyard / garden paved in terracotta which leads to the area reserved for guests. The rooms with terracotta floors are furnished with antiques typical of the Tuscan lifestyle. The area reserved for guests consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is frescoed with Art Nouveau floral motifs and a large rear floor to be restored soon and two bathrooms with shower (one per room), a small living room and a kitchen where in the morning the owner prepares the breakfasts. The apartment can be rented in its entirety with use of the kitchen or as double rooms with private bathroom, use of the kitchen and breakfast. The entrance is independent. Since the pandemics we no longer prepare breakfast. You'll have a kitchen at your disposal and you can have breakfast in the livingroom/kitchen or in the garden since it already quite warm also in the morning. If you require it, we can provide fresh bread, milk, butter and pastries and you'll have coffe and tea in the kitchen that you can use and prepare on your own.
